Peter,

   I checked all of my easily accessible sources and found that I don't have music for this. I did see several fakebooks available for purchase on the web that include this. There's a Harold Arlen Songbook, a Louis Prima compilation and a Frank Mantooth book of the best changes for popular tunes. I'll see if I can find one of these but it's going to take a few weeks.
