I believe the changes to this song are mostly correct, however there are a few differences I have studied. Instead of the F# chord in the 4th bar of the A section it should be c7#9, and the last two bars of each a section should be g7b5 to C7. The 5th bar of the bridge is Fmaj although it is sometimes played G7b5.
