Changes for I Mean You by Thelonious Monk. One of Monk's best versions of this tune is on his album "The London Collection: Volume Two" recorded by Black Lion records in November 1971. Art Blakey accompanies Monk on drums and links up with him, seemingly telepathically. Printable GIF image of the scoe for this chord progression.
