Chord changes for Randy Weston's mischievious sounding Berkshire Blues. The tune has an unusual form to be called a blues (24 bars in 3/4 time) but imaginatively uses blues harmonic devices.
Jazz singer Betty Carter later wrote lyrics for this, retitling her version "Ego" ("Your ego got in the way") Printable GIF image of the score for this progresssion.
