' Moonlight in VT '  is such a wonderful tune I'm surprised to find no response entries (?).   On guitar,  if you start from the five string Eb6 up on the 6th fret,  and finish the first phrase on a 6 string E7#9 built off the nut,  this arrangement rings beautifully.

  Use simple a A Sus for listed Am11ths and fret a another simple Ab7 in place of the Ab9 at the end of line 2 and your are home free.  All falls into place.
