Go to the "Download/view this sound (in MIDI format)" link on the Full Swing page. If you run on Windows, hovering above the link with your mouse cursor, hold down your right mouse button and select "Save Target As" on the popup menu that appears below your cursor. If you run on Mac, hold down your keyboard's Ctrl key as you click on the link. Select the "Download Link To Disk" command on the menu that appears at your cursor location.
