I have heard several chord sequences of this song, can you please tell me if this version is as near as one can get to the original?  I haven't had any luck in finding the sheet music, and there are one or two chords here that I find unusual.

A note for Charlotte:

Have you heard the superlative rendition by George Shearing/Mel Torme, also Tony Bennet's version?
