Colin, if you can produce your chart a series of pictures in JPG or GIF format, you can post them to Song Discussions and I can easily add a link to your posting to point to the posted images.

If that's not possible, you could enter the chart into your SongTrellis Workscore on this site using the Workscore Chord Entry page for the chord sequence and the Workscore Composer page to enter the melody. From that we could capture the chart in JPG format.
