I finally found changes posted in "The Real Book Volume III Second Edition", which Hal Leonard recently published. I posted a chord arrangement to The Changes this evening.

This volume is a legal version of Volume 3 of the Berklee Real Book, a pirated publication produced by students of the Berklee School of Music in Boston. Reflections In D wasn't included in the original Volume 3. The Hal Leonard folks substituted this in place for one of the pirated tunes they couldn't get clearance for.
