Your comment says Johnny Winter had a successful recording, but I'm sure you meant Johnny Rivers. The intro shown is not one that I've ever heard. The one on Rivers' hit is Em-C | Em6-C (i.e., Em with 5th ascending and then descending), and I think that's probably what was intended here. I think one or two other spots might be slightly diffrent, too, but I do not have the with which to check it.
