I have a publication called Sketch Orks printed in '67 with Bird's music. The changes for Ornithology are: G / G / Gm / Gm C7 / F / F / Fm / Bb7 / Eb7 / D7 / Gm / D7 / G /Am D7/ G Bb7 / Eb D9 / G / G / Gm / Gm C7 / F / F / Fm / Bb7 / Eb7 / D7 / G / Cm F7 / Bm E7/ Am D7 / G E7 / Am D7 I've strummed along with Charlie Parker's version and the changes seem to fit.
