Chord changes for Lee Morgan's minor blues Gary's Notebook.
This begins with an 8-bar into followed by a rarely encountered 24-bar blues form. Morgan has taken a 12 bar blues pattern and for variety's sake interpolated a different chord for color between each chord drawn from the original blues changes.
This was first performed on Morgan's "Sidewinder" album on Blue Note Records where his band included Joe Henderson, Barry Harris and Billy Higgins. Printable GIF image of the score for this progresssion.
