Changes for Hoagy Carmichael's Star Dust.

This sequence has three parts: a 16 bar introduction, a 16 bar A section, and a 16 bar B section that is a variation of the A section which is identical to A for it's first 8 bars. When the introduction is skipped, the last chord of the intro, the C7(#5) is used as a pickup for the main melody.
